The Kneipp path consists of two pools that you walk through alternately – in a loop. One contains hot water and the other cold water. It serves as passive water therapy, exercising the blood vessels of the lower limbs. It supports metabolism and is recommended for reduced immunity.

When walking the Kneipp path, slow steps should be taken, lifting the feet high. The session in the pools should last from 5 to 15 minutes, depending on the tolerance and comfort of the person walking.
