HOTEL PARKING AND GARAGE

As the only ones in Międzywodzie, we offer our guests parking and a hotel garage. The parking lot is on the parcel before the hotel building, with an entrance from Leśna Street, as is the entrance to the hotel garage.

Low season: October 1 - May 31, PLN 30/day

High season: June 1 - September 30, PLN 60/day

THE RESIDENTIAL ZONE | Information sign D-40

With the best interests of our guests and clients in mind, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that Międzywodzie, except the main road through the town (provincial road no. 102), has been marked with the D-40 "Residential zone" sign.

Effects of the D-40 information sign, throughout its entire area of ​​validity:
a) speed limit of 20 km/h,
b) priority for pedestrians in moving along the entire width of the road,
c) an obligation to give way to pedestrians,
d) children up to seven (7) years of age moving unaccompanied,
e) Parking is permitted only in designated areas.

Parking in a place other than the designated one may result in a fine (ticket) and penalty points. The Municipal Guard regularly enforces this ban.

PAID PARKING ZONE (PPZ)

During holidays, long weekends, public holidays and weekends from spring to autumn, parking a car in Międzywodzie is challenging, and parking without risking a credential (fine) borders on a miracle. The City Council has decided that from this year (2025), Leśna Street, where the Juvena Hotel is located, will be covered by the Paid Parking Zone (PPZ).
State of knowledge as of March 1, 2025:
Parking in the PPZ is paid from June 15 to September 15, from 8:00 to 20:00, Monday through Friday. On average, it costs PLN 4.50 per hour or PLN 35 for the whole day.

HOTEL JUVENA PARKING


#Parking rules apply

  1. Hotel Juvena does not offer hourly parking time settlements. Parking is settled in cycles: "hotel day" and "day of parking".
  2. Hotel day - any parking time between 4 p.m. and 11:00 a.m. the following day.
  3. Day of parking - any parking time between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. on the same day.
  4. Hotel guest - a vehicle user with a paid hotel room at Hotel Juvena during the paid stay at the hotel. One hotel room = one vehicle.
  5. Prices in the table are gross prices and include 23 percent VAT.
  6. In the case of a paid, multi-day stay of a guest at Hotel Juvena without breaks in room rental - the parking fee covers the entire day, i.e. twenty-four hours, from 4 p.m. on the day of commencement of the stay to 11 a.m. on the day of termination of the stay.
  7. Parking a vehicle in a way that prevents the use of adjacent parking spaces or outside the outline of the parking space is equivalent to renting the above-described parking spaces by the vehicle driver, subject to a fee according to the prices in the table.
  8. It is impossible to reserve a specific parking space within a given parking lot or garage.
  9. Hotel Juvena reserves the right to close parking at any time without giving a reason.
