Upon arrival at the hotel, a local fee must be paid at the Hotel Reception on behalf of the Dziwnów Municipality. Hotel Juvena acts only as a collector of this fee on behalf of the municipality. The fee is 3 PLN per person for each started day of stay in Międzywodzie. (Resolution No. LXIV/665/23 of December 4, 2023).

In the area of Międzywodzie, a "Residential Zone" [designated by the D-40 road sign] is in effect. As a result, on all streets marked by this sign, among others: - the speed limit of 20 km per hour must not be exceeded; - pedestrians have the right of way over vehicles and may use the entire width of the street or road; - parking vehicles is prohibited everywhere except in designated and marked parking spaces.
