Juvena will refuse to provide services to anyone who does not comply with these regulations
§ 1. Subject of the Regulations
  1. These regulations are house regulations and, as such, define the rules in force at Juvena in Międzywodzie 72-415, at 4 Leśna Street - hereinafter referred to as the Hotel - and apply to all persons staying on the Hotel premises.
  2. The regulations are available on the hotel's website and can be inspected at the hotel reception 24 hours a day.
§ 2. Check-in & check-out time. Hotel day
  1. The basic: a Hotel rents rooms for a single night. As part of an extended stay, a hotel can rent a room for multiple nights, depending on the Hotel.

  2. Check-in starts at 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and continues until 11:00 a.m. the following day.

  3. The person renting the room, also referred to as the guest, is obligated to specify the duration of their stay at the hotel. If not, the room guest rented for one night.

  4. The Guest is obliged to report their wish to extend the stay in the room at the Hotel's reception by at least 8 a.m. on the day the room rental expires, which does not bind the Hotel.

  5. If a Guest stays or leaves belongings in the rented room after check-out time, the Hotel will charge the Guest a fee according to the price list at the reception desk. It does not extend the Guest's stay in the room by another hotel day.

  6. If it is not possible to extend the Guest's room rental period, the Hotel staff will remove the Guest's belongings from the room immediately after the end of the hotel day. The storage of guests' belongings is regulated by § 7, point 3.

§ 3. Registration for a stay at the Hotel
  1. The Hotel only accepts guests over the age of twelve.
  2. The basis for registration for a stay at the Hotel is that a guest must:
    a) Present an ID document to the Reception staff in a manner enabling verification of the data and information contained in the ID;
    b) Legibly complete and sign the Registration Card.
  3. The person registering for a stay at the Hotel is obliged to provide the Reception with the numer of people who will be staying in the room (s) rented by them, including the number and age of minors.
  4. The Hotel collects payment for the room (room charge) in advance, before the start of the stay. When it is in the Hotel's best interest, the Hotel may waive the requirement to collect payment in advance.
  5. To have the hotel credit, granted by the Hotel for the duration of the stay, the Guest is required to provide a deposit at the reception, either by pre-authorising a payment card or in cash, in the amount specified by the Hotel.
  6. The Hotel may require the person renting the room to provide a security deposit as security for any claims the hotel may have against the renter.
§ 4. When a hotel refuses to rent a room
  1. The Hotel can refuse to rent a room to a person:
    a) with a pet;
    b) with a minor under the age of twelve;
    c) under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
    d) behaving contrary to the rules of social coexistence;
    e) displaying verbal or physical aggression.
    As well as to a person who has violated the House Rules during a previous stay.
  2. The hotel will deny accommodating a person who refuses to:
    A. Fulfil the obligations specified in §3, points 2 and 3.
    B. Pay a security deposit.
  3. The hotel will refuse to accept a minor without the written consent of their legal guardians to stay at the hotel on their own, provided in the form of a declaration from the hotel or a notarised document.
  4. Due to the denial of accommodation, the Hotel will not register the person and will not issue a room key.
  5. In the case of a prepaid stay, the refusal of the person renting the room to realise the activities described in §3 points 1 to 3 of the Regulations means a unilateral withdrawal from the contract with the Hotel.
    The Hotel will not refund any costs incurred in connection with a unilateral withdrawal from the contract .
§ 5. The stay st the Hotel
  1. BREAKFAST
    A. Breakfast included in the room price is served in the Rosa Mare Restaurant like a self-service bufet or like served by waiters - depending on the hotel.
    B. Breakfast delivered to the hotel room is charged extra, as per the Reception price list.
  2. LIGHTS-OUT PERIOD AND REST HOURS
    A. The lights-out period is valid in all building living rooms and areas from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
    B. During lights-out hours, guests and individuals using the hotel's services must behave in a manner that does not disturb other people.
    C. Throughout the day, the behaviour of all guests and those staying at the hotel must not disturb the peace of other guests. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates this rule.
  3. VISITORS
    A. The guest cannot transfer the room to other people, even if the hotel day or stay for which they paid has not expired.
    B. Visitors. Persons not registered for stay at the Hotel may stay in hotel rooms as guests from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
    C. Being in the room after 10 p.m. by a person not registered for the stay means that the Guest agrees to add this person to a room of the existing standard and equipment, for a fee at half the price of the room from the Front desk price list.
  4. MINORS
    A. Minors who are over sixteen years of age may stay at the Hotel on their own, provided they can demonstrate written consent from their legal guardians.
    B. Minors may only stay on the hotel premises under the constant supervision of their legal guardians. Guardians are financially and legally responsible for any damage caused by minors under their care.
    C. In its daily operations, the hotel adheres to the Standards for the Protection of Minors, as outlined in the relevant regulations.
  5. HOTEL EQUIPMENT AND GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
    A. At the beginning of the stay, the Guest is obliged to familiarise himself with the room equipment and immediately report any missing items, damages or malfunctions to the Reception, which will enable the Hotel to react.
    B. Any damage, malfunctions, or shortages not reported at the beginning of the stay are considered to have occurred due to the Guest's fault.
    C. Apart from minor rearrangements of furniture and equipment that do not affect their functionality and safe use, it is prohibited to:
    a) remove furniture, equipment and elements of the room's equipment from the hotel room;
    b) remove furniture, equipment and elements of the Hotel's equipment from the building;
    c) change the location of furniture, equipment and elements of equipment both in the room and in common areas and spaces.
    D. It is strictly forbidden to bring any furniture, equipment, or accessories into the hotel room that are not standard room equipment, in particular: beds and travel cots, mattresses, playpens, strollers, bicycles, scooters, and other items that are not minor sports, tourist, or recreational equipment.
    E. It is strictly forbidden to leave any guest belongings on escape routes, including hotel corridors and stairwells.
    F. The bicycle and stroller storage room is in the hotel garage. Other guest belongings can be stored during the stay with the assistance of the hotel reception.
    G. In the event of a breach of the prohibition under:
    - 5.C., the Guest will be charged a fee covering the Hotel's costs to restore the room to its original condition, using reasonable efforts and means in the Hotel's opinion;
    - 5.D., the Guest will be charged a fee equal to half the room rate for each commenced hotel night during which the breach of the prohibition occurred.
    H. To avoid the consequences described in point 5.G., the Guest is obliged to consult with the Hotel Reception in advance regarding the need to change the furniture arrangement in the room.
    I. The Guest bears full financial and legal responsibility for any damage to the Hotel's equipment or facilities caused by the Guest or visitors. The Hotel reserves the right to charge the Guest's credit card for any damage caused by the Guest, even after their departure.
    J. The guest is required to notify the reception about any damage immediately upon noticing it.
    K. Leaving the room, the Guest is obliged to turn off the TV, turn off the lights, close the water taps, close the windows, balcony doors, and the room door, and ensure that they are locked.
    L. The hotel is not liable for any damage or loss of the Guest's belongings resulting from failure to comply with the recommendations in L. point above.
  6. NON-SMOKING HOTEL
    A. All hotel rooms and their bathrooms, as well as all other rooms and spaces in the building, are designated for non-smoking guests. Smoking and vaping are prohibited in the entire building, including windows.
    B. If it is necessary to air the room, do extra laundry, or clean the equipment due to smoking or vaping, the Hotel will add PLN 700 to the Guest's bill for these additional services.
    C. Smoking and vaping are permitted on hotel room balconies and hotel room terraces, subject to §5 point 2.C.
  7. ABOVE-STANDARD CLEANING
    If, as a result of the Guest's action or omission, it is necessary to perform above-standard cleaning of the room, bathroom or other space in the building or on the premises, then the Hotel will charge the person renting the room for the costs incurred: time, use of tools or above-standard tools, as well as materials and cleaning agents, and the person renting the room is obliged to cover these costs before the end of the stay and leaving the hotel.
  8. FIRE SAFETY
    A. For safety reasons, it is prohibited for guests to use any form of open fire inside the building, as well as electrical devices that are not standard room equipment, except for chargers and power supplies for mobile devices from the following groups: smartphone, smartwatch, tablet, laptop, console, and e-book reader.
    B. Activating a smoke detector in a room due to a guest's actions, such as smoke or fogging, will result in a fee of PLN 700 for each incident. If a building evacuation is necessary and the fire department arrives due to the above - the guest is responsible for any legal consequences and the costs associated with the evacuation and rescue operation.
  9. "DO NOT DISTURB" DOOR HANGER
    The "Do Not Disturb" tag is a courtesy and does not bind the hotel. Hanging this sign on the door handle does not prevent staff from entering the guest's room.

    Hotel staff have the right to enter a hotel room at any time, especially between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.,
    to check the safety of persons and property or for technical reasons.

  10. LIABILITY FOR GUEST'S BELONGINGS
    The hotel's liability for loss or damage to items brought into the building by guests is governed by Articles 846-849 of the Civil Code. The hotel's liability is limited if items are not deposited at the reception desk. The hotel reserves the right to refuse safekeeping of money, securities, and valuable items, particularly those of excessive value relative to the hotel's or standard, or those that take up too much space, if they pose a safety hazard.
  11. SHORTENING THE STAY

    If the Guest shortens their stay at the hotel, the Hotel does not refund any costs resulting from unilateral withdrawal from the contract.

§ 6. Zones and areas regulations

Due to the requirements in the fields of safety, hygiene, and risk elimination, the behaviour of guests in selected spaces, zones, and areas is determined by the housekeeping regulations of these places.

§ 7. Left items, belongings
  1. Regarding items left in the hotel room after the Guest leaves, the Hotel will act according to the Guest's will as expressed in the Registration Card at the beginning of the stay at the Hotel, following point 2.

  2. At the beginning of their stay, the Guest decides what the Hotel will do:
    A. By entering their telephone number and email address in the Registration Card, guests decide that remaining belongings will be treated following the Lost and Found Act (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 908, of 2022, item 2375).
    B. By failing to enter their telephone number and email address in the Registration Card, they declare that they are abandoning their belongings left at the Hotel after their stay with the intention of relinquishing their ownership, following Article 180 of the Civil Code.

  3. An item left in the room, to which the provisions on lost and found items apply, may be sent by the Hotel to the address indicated by the Guest, at his expense.

  4. As regards the Guest's belongings removed from the room following §2 point 6 of the Regulations,
    the provisions of the Civil Code, articles 835-845, shall apply: storage agreement.

§ 8. Parking of vehicles
  1. The Hotel is not liable for any damage to a vehicle belonging to the Guest, other than that caused by the Hotel's fault, parked in unguarded paid or free parking spaces on the premises belonging to the Hotel (Article 846, paragraph 4 of the Civil Code).
  2. The Hotel is not responsible for items left in a car or other vehicle parked in the hotel car park.
  3. The above does not apply to vehicles parked in parking spaces marked as "guarded parking spaces", located in the garage under the building.
§ 9. Other provisions
  1. On special event days at the Hotel and on the Hotel premises, the Hotel reserves the right to restrict Guests' freedom of movement and use of the Hotel's facilities for the safety of Hotel Guests.

  2. The Hotel does not offer currency exchange services. The Hotel collects payments in foreign currencies at the rate determined by the reception desk.

  3. On the hotel premises and property, the following is prohibited:
    a) solicitation, door-to-door sales, and occasional sales;
    b) gambling activities.

  4. It is strictly forbidden to bring animals into the building, except for guide dogs, upon presentation of the dog's certificate to address any doubts from the hotel staff.

  5. It is forbidden to bring into the Hotel: weapons, ammunition, flammable, pyrotechnic, explosive, illuminating and other dangerous materials.
